- Nordex Media reserves the right to withhold payment if fraud is detected.

3. Payments & Billing
We value consistent partners and offer a streamlined payment process:
- Payment Frequency: Monthly (Net30).
- Minimum Threshold: $300.00 USD.
- Methods: We support Wire Transfer, PayPal, Crypto, and Payoneer.
- Balances under $300 will roll over to the next billing cycle until the threshold is met.

4. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms.

5. Limitation of Liability
Nordex Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
